About Ester Abergel
Ester Abergel is a top professional make-up artist with over 15 years of experience in Israel and abroad. A graduate from the Studio make-up Academy of Hollywood, she gained invaluable experience collaborating with photographers and model agencies in LA as well as working in Victoria Secrets Beauty in Beverly Hills. Having moved to Israel in 2008 Ester trained and worked at MAC for 5 years and has worked on countless brides and faces. In 2012 she launched her own business and now mainly focuses on small intensive and unique Professional Make-up courses with the aim of filling a much needed niche in the make-up world.
The first half of the course consists of basic make-up techniques, products and application. This includes morphology and contouring, eye shapes, color theory and the use of face charts. A core part of each and every lesson is live practice on a different model where the student learns how to approach customers.
The second half of the course focuses on eye make-up styles, advanced techniques and tricks, lips as well as bridal. The student practices on 2 models in every lesson and learns the ins and outs of professional life and real life situations.
